It is with great sadness we have been informed of the death of Gerard Dubois.
We do understand he departed after a very short illness.
Gerard had a huge talent! he was also a wonderful human being whose passion was to transmit his knowledge of Fine Art to students. He had opened an Academy in Lyon where he was teaching.
As many artists of today, he did suffer of the new trend when Fine Art was no longer acknowledged among the younger generation.
He has been one of the finest contributor to our site.
He will be badly missed by his piers!
